NO SE RECOMIENDA EL ENVIO POR CORREO ORDINARIO DURANTE EL PERIODO DE VACACIONES DE NAVIDAD, DEBIDO A QUE NO SE PUEDE SEGUIR EL ENVÍO Y WILLY'S FLOCK NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE

Ordinary mail is not recomended during Christmas vacation days, due to problems on delivery tracking services therefore Willy´s Flock does not asume any kind of responsability for this matter.

ENVIOS Y PORTES PARA ESPAÑA  -  Shipping and handling fees for Spain

Los gastos de envío que a continuación se detallan son válidos solamente para territorio nacional, incluidos, Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla. Los compradores de otros países deben de contactar por e-mail con nosotros para establecer su tarifa de gasto de envío.

All shipping fees shown below are only applicable for Spain´s national territoy, including Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Customers from other countries must send e-mail to stablish their shipping and handling fee.

TABLA RESUMEN

Nota: Los plazos de entrega se refieren al tiempo de envío de los servicios de entrega y mensajería (Correos). Adicionalmente Willy’s Flock, necesita un plazo de 48/72 horas para preparar tu pedido (una vez pagado) y enviártelo.

Delivery deadlines are issued by Postal Services (Correos) as samples in normal conditions. In adition, Willy´s Flock needs 48/72 hours to prepare your order once it´s been paid.

1.      Correo Ordinario - Ordinary Mail.

Los pedidos se prepararán y depositarán en la oficina de Correos en las siguientes 24/72 horas una vez recibido su pago. Los envíos se realizan de lunes a viernes.

Orders will be ready to deliver by Postal Services on the following 24/48 hours after being paid. Deliveries will be made from monday to friday.

El tiempo medio de entrega por parte de Correos de un envío por Correo Ordinario es de 3 días naturales en el 93% del ámbito nacional. Este tiempo va a depender fundamentalmente de como de bien funcione la oficina de Correos en el destino del comprador.

The standard delivery time by Postal Services (Correos) on ordinary mail is 3 working days in 93% of the national territory. This delivery time also depends on how the local postal office works on customer´s destination.

IMPORTANTE: Willy’s Flock no se hace responsable de las perdidas en envios por Correo Ordinario.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Willy´s Flock is not responsible for any loss in Ordinary Mail deliveries.

El envío por correo ordinario no lleva ningún número de seguimiento ni garantía por parte de Correos. Es muy barato, pero tiene este inconveniente. Por mi experiencia, el 99.9% de los paquetes enviados por correo ordinario llegan a su destino. Pero si que es verdad que hay un pequeño porcentaje que nunca llega.

Ordinary Mail delivery doesn´t have any tracking number or warranty by Postal Services. It´s very cheap, but it has this inconvenient. In my own experience, 99% of deliveries sent by ordinary mail reach their destination, but there´s a very small chance that it may not be delivered correctly. 

2. Correo Certificado - Registered Mail.

Los pedidos se prepararán y depositarán en la oficina de Correos en las siguientes 24/72 horas una vez recibido su pago. Los envíos se realizan de lunes a viernes.

Orders will be ready to deliver by Postal Services on the following 24/48 hours after being paid. Deliveries will be made from monday to friday.

El tiempo medio de entrega por parte de Correos de un envío por Correo Certificado es de 1-3 días naturales. Se proporcionará el código de seguimiento del envío certificado, en el que se podrá consultar en el localizador de envíos de la página web de Correos (www.correos.es) donde se encuentra el paquete en todo momento.

The standard delivery time for Registered Mail by the Postal Services is 1-3-working days. A tracking code for the delivery will be provided, and it can be checked on at any time throught the Postal Service Website (www.correos.es).

En caso de que el pedido sea superior a 70 € el envío será gratuito y se enviará por correo certificado.

In the given case that the order is 70€ or more, the delivery will be free of charge and it´ll be sent by registered mail.  

Willy’s Flock SÍ se hace responsable de las perdidas en envíos certificados.

In this case Willy´s Flock will be responsible for registered mail deliveries.

 4. ENVIO URGENTE  -  URGENT DELIVERY.

Los pedidos se prepararán y depositarán en las siguientes 24/48 horas una vez recibido su pago. Los envíos se realizan de lunes a viernes.

Orders will be ready to deliver by Postal Services on the following 24/48 hours after being paid. Deliveries will be made from monday to friday.

El tiempo medio de entrega por parte de correos de un envío es de 24 horas (entrega antes de las 19.00 del día siguiente laborable). Los sábados no se realizan entregas. Se proporcionará el código de seguimiento del envío, en el que se podrá consultar en el localizador de envíos de la pagina web de correos donde se encuentra el paquete en todo momento.

The standard delivery time by the Postal Service for urgent delivery is 24 hours (to be delivered before 19.00 the next working day). There will be no deliveries on saturdays.  A tracking code for the delivery will be provided, and it can be checked on at any time throught the Postal Service Website (www.correos.es).

5. RECOGIDA EN PERSONA  -  SELF COLLECTED ITEMS.

    Si quieres te puedes pasar a recogerlo directamente a La Lastrilla (Segovia) y no tendrás gastos de envío, una vez hayas recibido el e-mail de confirmación de que tu pedido está listo. NO DISPONEMOS DE TIENDA FISICA, IMPRESCINDIBLE PREGUNTAR HORARIO.

If you wish, you can pick up any item directly in La Lastrilla (Segovia) so it´ll be delivery free of charge, of course once your order´s been finished and you have received your confirmation throught e-mail. WE DO NOT HAVE SHOP OR STORE FACILITIES SO IT´S MANDATORY TO CHECK PICK UP TIMES.
